Our client is a results-driven consulting and implementation firm dedicated to helping U.S. law firms optimize their use of technology to improve service delivery and client outcomes. They would like to give to the law firms the cutting-edge technologies in order to deliver faster, better, and more affordable legal services.

You will be working within an international team and you will be responsible for the system design, implementation and problem solving. You will be working on deploying the CRM configurations, project management platforms, automation workflows, API integrations, and AI-driven solutions. Your role will involve identifying operational inefficiencies and designing streamlined systems that enhance overall business performance.

It is a fully remote role in Ukraine.

You will have a flexible working time, but you would need to be able to attend meetings during morning US hours.
You will have to be able to attend some meetings in USA, Tokyo, Dubai, and Bangkok.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating technological issues and workflow inefficiencies within the law firms
  • System design, implementation, deploy systems, operational analysis and direct client engagement
  • Optimizing CRM and case management tools to eliminate workflow bottlenecks
  • Creating workflow automations with tools including Zapier, Make, and n8n
  • Developing data pipelines and interactive dashboards
  • Implementing AI solutions (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) and equipping client teams to use them effectively for real business impact
  • Engaging with clients to drive mutual success
  • Conducting independent analysis and effectively presenting outcomes to client teams

To be a good fit for the Implementation Consultant role you will have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role involving systems implementation, consulting, or operational improvement
  • Proven background in consulting and direct client engagement, particularly with small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
  • Familiarity with Project Management and ERP platforms, including tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or SAP
  • Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience working with Generative AI technologies like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or DeepSeek
  • Competence in data analysis and visualization tools, including BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of REST API integrations, including reading documentation and configuring system connections
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex tools quickly and apply them effectively to solve real business problems
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with legal tools (e.g. Clio Manage and Lawmatics) or working in a law firm is considered a plus
  • Breaking down complex problems and solving them independently with precision.
  • Taking full responsibility for your work and navigate challenges independently
  • Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build trust through clear, professional communication.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
